FAQ’s

Are tickets still available?

All tickets are Sold Out for 2021. No tickets will be available on the gate on the day. If you are unable to attend please resell tickets through the Skiddle website

I haven’t received my email from Skiddle. How do I get my tickets?

Download the skiddle app and they will be there. If that doesn’t work, please contact skiddle and ask for an email resend. If all else fails, please contact us.

Do I need to have a physical/printed ticket, or does it work from my phone?

You can either print your ticket or show the barcode on your phone

What happens if I’ve ordered tickets for multiple people? Will they need their own tickets, and if so, how do they get them onto their own phones?

There’s a variety of ways you can do this if you’ve ordered tickets for someone else or simply need to send the individual members of your party their tickets. To ensure smooth entry for everyone at the event we advise that each person has either their own printed ticket or on their phone. Each ticket will also have a unique barcode so make sure you don’t print/send the same one twice as your mates will have problems getting in when they get to the event! Download the PDF of the ticket to your phone from the ticket collection email and send via text /Whatsapp /email /bluetooth /Airdrop/ Facebook messenger. Forward the collection email to the recipient for them to download the tickets themselves (they’ll need the last 4 digits of the card number used for security) Print the tickets off and hand them out the old-fashioned way (although the earth will thank you for using options 1 & 2!). NB. Please be aware that if you screenshot the QR code within the app then a warning message about unauthorised duplication of tickets will be displayed. We would advise using one of the above methods to send a ticket to someone else if needed.
