Hannah Sophie is a singer-songwriter from the Stoke-on-Trent area who is carving her own path in 2025 following her time as lead singer of Behind The Moon. Writing about mental illness, heartbreak, love and everything in between, Hannah’s music is deeply emotional, honest and thought-provoking.

Influenced by artists such as Freya Ridings and London Grammar, her powerful vocals are paired with emotive piano-driven arrangements and subtle melodies that create an intimate and atmospheric live performance.
