Line Up

A veteran of the Stoke electronic music scene since the 1990s, Tekkaz a.k.a. Tekno Andy has spent decades performing live electronic music using everything from computers and controllers to hardware drum machines and Eurorack modular synth rigs. Andy returns to AMF26 with brand new music for the Concrete Stage, saying: “I’ve stripped things back to basics for this gig, faster, more streamlined techno focused beats with some cheeky interpretations of classic anthems thrown in for good measure!”

When not in the studio, you’ll probably find him as one half of the dynamic duo behind Electric Tentacle – Stoke’s long-running Electronic Music Open Mic night, usually held on the last Thursday of the month at The Artisan Tap in Hartshill – occasionally dressed as a disco dancing squid.
